Andi Maier has been a paragliding instructor since 1994 and has mastered his craft at a high technical level. Specializing in tandem flights for bird-free pilots, he not only has a deep understanding of the sport, but also keeps his finger on the pulse through regular training. When he’s not in the air, he explores the mountains on his mountain bike in summer and on ski tours in winter. In addition to his commitment as a DHV examiner, DHV performance trainer and tour guide for paragliding trips, this shows his versatility and expertise in the field of flying.”

Andi has been part of the Allgäu paragliding scene since 1989 and has never stopped flying since. The all-round mountain sportsman has been working as a flight instructor and tandem pilot since 1994 and now brings his entire wealth of experience to vogelfrei.
His relaxed manner was already benefiting tandem pilots Tobi and Michi, who were learning to fly with Andi. He has never lost his enthusiasm for the sport and so he still sweetens his free time with his paraglider.
